Bush Gardens

For starters, let me apologize to all who are uncomfortable with reading english, because this time it's going to be in english : ).

At the weekend a group of about 14 people decided to go to Bush Gardens, amusement park with rollercoasters, shops, 4D shows, animals, and everything related with fun.

Three cars set off early in the morning (6:30am). Long, three hour lasting journey to Virginia was ahead. We stood at the entrance of the park slightly after its opening hour at 10:00am.

Immediately after entering the park a small group including me, Dave, Tovaris and Laurence attacked the first roller coaster called Alpengeist. We took two rides and with a small headache headed to another one : ). The Big Bad Wolf wasn't that crazy as Alpengeist, but free fall towards the water was cool, too.

Since we were hungry, Festhaus was another stop before going anywhere else. We were excited to hear live German traditional music and see the dancing. That brings me to another point...the entire park was devided into smaller sections representing some Europian countries (England, France, Ireland, Germany, Italy, and Scotland), imitating their medieval architectural style.

The third and also as we all agreed the best roller coaster was called Apollo's Chariot. We took two rides and then split the group, because I didn't feel like going to the biggest and craziest ride called Griffon. I got wet on the water ride instead : ).

That was our day. We spent about six hours in the park, enjoying all it offers. I'm looking forward to be in some other park again!
